Between 9am and 3pm, Monday to Friday, or 8pm to 9pm, Monday to Thursday. The office may be manned at similar times during the weekend.
We usually read our email within minutes of sending.

While we can often provide designs from our extensive range, all products can be
changed in any way to suit you at no extra cost.

All items are despatched at no extra charge to addresses in mainland UK (including IOW).
We use the Royal Mail for smaller packages and a courier service for larger orders.
Please enquire about other destinations or delivery requirements.
Where larger orders are sent via courier, please state a safe place to leave it if you might not be available to take receipt.
We offer a full service to the customer, from initial design, through consultation to the finished article.
Much of our service is to West Cumbria (Whitehaven, Egremont, Workington, Seascale etc.) although we regularly provide specialist materials throughout the UK.
We use a variety of printing and finishing equipment to give you the best quality, promptness and value.
We will use your email address and other details only for communicating with you. Your details won’t be given to anyone else (other than where we become legally required to do so).
For those pages with option fields available you can order directly from the web page. Just select what quantities you require of each product, then enter your contact details and press the Order button. We’ll contact you if there are any problems or we need to clarify any specific requirements.
If you need any changes making such as incorporating your own artwork or would like quantities other than those suggested, then this will be the opportunity to discuss this.
If you require items from more than one page, just press Order on each page and as long as your contact details match we'll marry the requests together.
We will arrange payment with you at the time of despatch. Orders are to be paid for ideally by debit or credit cards. Cheques can be taken, but please allow for time to clear. BACS payments are accepted as well, please ask for details.
